TERMS & CONDITIONS

                 General

By accessing this site, you are agreeing to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined. QASREENA.MY reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Please ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

User shall agree that QASREENA.MY may send newsletters regarding the latest news/products/promotions or any other marketing information via email to the user.

QASREENA.MY will take immediate action against offenders for any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions. QASREENA.MY may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply any of the terms and conditions above.

               

                Product Info

We cannot guarantee that the actual products or colors will look exactly the same as what was displayed on the customer's monitor screen. Its caused there are many factors involved which may probably result in subtle differences in terms of colors. For any question, customer can contact us for clarifications.

 

               

                Making a purchase

At QASREENA.MY, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

Computation rounding shown in invoice (if any) is a decimal representation due to multiple rounding mechanisms.

We post all orders made before 1pm, Monday - Friday on the same day via PosLaju. PosLaju makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia).

Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Goods sold and delivered to overseas (out of Malaysia) are zero-rated with GST at 0%.

 

               

                 Payment

All payments have to be made by means specified by QASREENA.MY. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

All sales are final and no cancellation is allowed once the order is placed and paid for. All items are sold on a first come, first served basis, ie, the customer who pays first will be first in queue.  

This typically applies to ready stock items that are limited in number. We will only proceed with processing your order upon receipt of full payment. We do not accept installment payments.

 

 

                Delivery

Kindly take note that we will process and send out all order within 24 hours after payment is received. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

All reasonable efforts will be made by QASREENA.MY to deliver the order to our customers. However, customers are generally responsible to ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to receive the delivery and sign for the receipt of the order. Please note that PosLaju requires a signature upon receipt of delivery. QASREENA.MY shall not be responsible for orders received by unauthorised persons.

Customers are responsible to track their own consignments with Pos Malaysia online or by calling 1300 300 300 once we have sent the order out. If PosLaju is unable to deliver, the consignment will remain with PosLaju for personal collection or customers can request for a redelivery. Customers are responsible to arrange for redeliveries at a suitable time and day to ensure that someone will be available to receive the delivery. Failing to do so will result in the consignments being sent back to us and customers will incur additional delivery costs to have their orders sent out again.

QASREENA.MY uses the PosLaju as our local courier service and they operate as an independent third party to QASREENA.MY. As such, we are unable to dictate delivery times to meet customers' requests. QASREENA.MY only provide refunds or replacement pieces for defects and out-of-stock items. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy section for more detail.

 

          

                Exchanges/ Returns

All returns must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only. All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM. All items returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms (1. & 2.) will not be accepted. There is a restocking fee of 5% for all items returned. Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us. Sale items, headscarves and accessories cannot be returned.

Please note that there may be a 0 - 2.5 cm difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect. Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. QASREENA.MY portrays all items as accurately as possible.

Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.

All items are not ironed before posted to customers. Creases on clothing are not deemed as faulty items. All returns will be processed by the Returns Department, up to 5 working days from the date we receive the parcel. QASREENA.MY is not liable for QASREENA.MY items purchased from a third party merchant. All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.
